Located in Turgut Reis, Bodrum, Favela Mansions consist of 4 mansions of 300 m2 and 4 guest houses of 100 m2 each, on an area of 18000 m2 at the total. The site, each house designed with a pool and pool gazebos, has a helipad for common use and orchards for cultivation. The central part of the mansions, designed with a single-storey horizontal architecture, each has a courtyard in the middle connecting the 40m2 rooms. The mansions have living spaces with open kitchens and their own bathrooms. It consists of 3 bedrooms. Guesthouses are one-bedroom houses with a kitchen and a bathroom located within each mansion parcel. In the design concept, stone and veneer materials were used along with highly comfortable areas and contemporary suburban life in nature was aimed.
